About me

I am an accomplished Senior Technical Business Analyst with significant and varied experience and the ability to seamlessly engage with business or technical colleagues. My expertise encompasses constructively contributing throughout the project life cycle, having performed roles including Business Analyst, Project Manager, Solution Architect and Developer.

My key strengths include helping companies to deliver high-value user outcomes across a range of industries like financial services and the public sector, and delivering projects for organisations, including MNCs (e.g. JP Morgan, Barclays and Virgin Money), supporting significant transformation programmes.

As a seasoned professional, I have well-developed relationship management abilities that allow me to productively work with stakeholders from the front-line to C-suite management. I also have demonstrable experience working within high-achieving teams that overcome challenges, achieve goals and optimise value and returns.

I have a wide range of project successes, including helping Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank to meet its regulatory obligations and provide a report of all customers’ deposits to Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). I resolved the issues (some long-standing) through options papers with designs produced per delivery dates. While working with JP Chase, I produced requirements that allowed Developers to build code to load LOBs’ client data files into a central AML name screening system, working with little supervision and ill-defined requirements to deliver the project on time and to budget. I also delivered a project that allowed Barclays to decommission the GUCCI system whilst continuing to meet its regulatory obligations.

As can be seen, I am a committed professional with comprehensive experience and a dedication to success, having received many positive recommendations. I utilise these attributes to provide exceptional service to my clients and all associated stakeholders, consistently delivering projects on time and to budget
