Liaising with multiple parties to co-ordinate delivery of the brand strategy, identity, new content strategy and website build. I set up a brand squad for internal engagement and testing, and a creative council of partners and stakeholders externally for research and testing. I also project managed the creation of the Annual Report, helping to source content, copywriters and pull the project together in a short timeframe.
