Gillian began her coaching journey in 2006 and trained with Reach Nirvana, a National Council of Psychotherapy accredited training company, in Coaching, Leadership and Management before becoming a part time associate for Reach Nirvana whilst continuing her successful procurement career.

Combining coaching, leadership and management with disruptive procurement she has created high performing cross functional teams aligned to deliver exceptional performance and value for a number of businesses in the manufacturing, FMCG and not for profit sectors.

As a protagonist and advocate for ethics and wellbeing, Gillian champions corporate wellbeing, the circular economy and ethical business models to create abundance in any business.
