I’m an internal communications consultant working with mission-driven and values-led organisations through change and growth. Helping their people stay informed, engaged and connected to the mission so they can focus on the work that makes an impact.
I have over 10 years’ experience in the NGO sector, most recently at Oxfam GB, where I progressed from frontline retail management to senior internal communications leadership. I launched as a freelance consultant in March 2026, working with clients such as the Disasters Emergency Committee.
