• Developed a solution to improve the onboarding experience of all new starters with the organisation across all three streams: Consulting background, Industry background and Associates, and all levels from Junior Consultant to Partner. During a scale-up phase, the business was growing at a 10% headcount increase/ month. Achieved successful onboarding of all new joiners, positive feedback from across all levels of the business and client feedback of people sent on projects has been improved as more knowledge and capability to navigate the support infrastructure improved compared with before. Also, drop out of new joiners within the first three months was zero% compared with previous data, where they had a 10-30% dropout rate.
