About me
+ I help people and organisations to be better at what they do, how they learn and how they build trust, teamwork, leaders and organisational effectiveness.
+ I coach, facilitate and train people, managers and experts to become better more inspiring leaders and team-workers and to build higher performance cultures.
+ Since 2003, I’ve been working as a trainer, coach and facilitator since 2003 and have designed and delivered events for over 500 organisations, including global organisations, national and regional businesses as well as SMEs and public-sector and not-for-profit organisations. Prior to launchiing as a coach and trainer, I worked in various commercial roles, including manufacturing, marketing consulting, public sector and HR Services (training, recruitment and coaching businesses) and got my Exec MBA from London Business School and held operations and general management roles, as well as non-executive roles.
+ I’m a father of 3, husband to one, youth rugby coach in SE London and I love music, dance, singing, sports, the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
+ People ask which sector I work in – and my answer is “any organisation where leadership, management, teamwork, communication, culture, emotional intelligence, learning and performance are important.” So my sector experience is very wide-ranging and includes: professional services, charities, legal, education, finance, FMCG, government departments and agencies, industry, marketing and design agencies, national and global media businesses, not-for-profits, property, retail, welfare-to-work, insurance, digital and more.
+ Since 2006, I’ve been a visiting Executive Coach, Programme Director and Facilitator at London Business School on their custom and open commercial executive education programmes and since 2019 I’ve been delivering as visiting Faculty at Bayes Business School.
+ My delivery is in many formats: online, face to face, hybrid; CEOs, CFOs and other senior leaders to middle managers; small, medium-sized and very large groups (170+).
+ I also design and deliver whole organisation events that are fun and help people connect and learn about themselves and each other and how to be more effective (and happy) at work.
