As your marketing partner/fractional CMO, I help SMEs and SaaS startups build out early-stage marketing programmes, focused on building strategy, scalable campaigns, processes, and outcomes. You can work with me in three ways:
– Conducting a marketing audit and providing information on where your current gaps are and how to fix them
– Across a six week strategy sprint providing you with all the information you need to get your marketing off the ground
– In a fractional cmo capacity where I typically work 1-2 days a week for a period of time building your strategy and execution before handing off to a full time resource
