I had 20 years experience in delivering shared services into complex global corporates, responsible to CxO level for ensuring world class IT services were delivered and maintained. In addition I have held programme management positions refreshing hardware and software across the complete technology stack, more recently managing the adoption of and transition to cloud services and designing and implementing the frameworks required to successfully manage cloud services and their vendors.
