About me
As a law graduate, I briefly acted as a careers advisor before moving into the legal industry, spending the majority of my time at the UK’s leading litigation-only law firm Stewarts, working on complex, UHNW divorce cases.
Prior to founding Uncouple®, I stayed within the legal sector but moved into people and process management, managing teams of up to over 100 personnel and often using coaching to manage talent.
I studied Law at university and hold postgraduate diplomas in both Legal Practice and HR Management. I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Certified Professional Coach, having trained at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), a top-ranked programme by Forbes and the only programme globally that provides its coaches with enough training to become a ‘master coach’, the highest credential at the ICF. I am also an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, COR.E Transitions Dynamics™ Specialist, TalentPredix™ Practitioner and have undertaken further training at the Co-Active Training Institute, whose program has been labelled the “gold standard” of coaching by a Harvard Medical School affiliate.

I partner with clients moving through life transitions (the psychological process triggered by a life event/change) and specialise in helping individuals through career crises and the divorce journey. Working with me allows clients to reduce their stress response to their transition and regain the control they need to successfully move through and beyond with more confidence and clarity about the future. In a nutshell, I help you do the inner work so the external path becomes the one of least resistance.
